Join Paul and Alma in a music, meditation, medicine workshop utilizing traditional instruments of South Asia, including sitar, sarangi and tanpura. An immersive sonic experience will be coupled by a workshop and discussion of the power of raga to connect us to elements of nature and open our hearts to the healing power of music from an eastern perspective.
